Originally from Italy, Alessandro Guardiani built his career within Alain Ducasse’s prestigious establishments in Monaco, London, Kyoto and Paris. There, he developed a precise and contemporary culinary approach, shaped by a strong gastronomic culture and a deeply Mediterranean sensibility.
On the sweeter side, our Pastry Chef Kevin Raynal presents a seasonal, contemporary, and delicately refined selection of pastries — the perfect way to conclude your dining experience on an elegant note.

Les Belles Canailles celebrates seasonal and responsible Mediterranean cuisine crafted by Executive Chef Alessandro Guardiani. A refined dining experience showcasing the finest local ingredients in an elegant setting between sea and nature. Open daily: lunch from Monday to Saturday, 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM; Sunday Brunch, 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM; dinner every evening, 7:00 PM to 9:45 PM.
Le Loup Bar
In the shade of the pine trees, Le Loup Bar is an intimate and discreet address offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. Whether you choose to sit at the counter or at a seaside table, we invite you to enjoy a sushi experience like no other. This season, our Japanese barbecues add a new dimension to this unique moment. Open from 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm and from 7:00 pm to 9:45 pm.

Les Roches Blanches Brunch
Come and enjoy a festive brunch looking out over the majestic Cap Canaille every Sunday from 12:15pm to 2pm. Enjoy the stunning setting of the Calanques National Park!
Rate: €140 per person, including a glass of Champagne or a non-alcoholic cocktail. Children aged 0 to 5 dine complimentary, the rate is €70 for children aged 6 to 12, and €110 for teenagers aged 13 to 18. Every Sunday from 12:15pm to 2:00pm.
