At the head of our kitchen, our Executive Chef Nicolas Sintes reveals with precision and finesse all the richness of seafood.
Trained by Michelin-starred chefs, he has built his career between Cannes, Megève and New York. Today, he brings together local products and refined techniques to create a cuisine of perfect balance.
On the sweet side, our Pastry Chef Valentin Fabry offers seasonal, contemporary, and delicate creations, also featured in his concept “Nomade” in the heart of Cassis.
Drawing on his experience in prestigious establishments, he creates authentic pastries highlighting the simplicity and intensity of flavors.




Le Loup Bar
On the Mediterranean coast, the Loup Bar offers a sensory experience based around refined Nikkei cuisine and Japanese barbecues, surrounded by pine trees and the sea. Open for lunch from 12PM and for dinner from 7PM (closed on Tuesdays).
The Roches Blanches Brunch
Come and enjoy a festive brunch looking out over the majestic Cap Canaille every Sunday from 12:15pm to 2pm. Enjoy the stunning setting of the Calanques National Park! Every Sunday from 12:15PM to 2PM.
The Pétanque
In the shade of the umbrella pines, relax in our Pétanque area from aperitif time to the end of the evening. Open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 5PM.
