Our signature restaurantLes Belles Canailles celebrates the Mediterranean with an audacious terroir-inspired cuisine. Under the direction of our Executive Chef, Nicolas Sintes, the menu evolves with the seasons, blending timeless classics and inspired creations.
Succumb to one of his signature dishes, “Ma Bouillabaisse”, a celebration of the regional heritage. Each plate strikes a delicate balance between authenticity and modernity, always in the service of taste. To enhance the experience, our Pastry Chef, Valentin Fabry, presents a collection of delicate, harmonious and seasonal desserts.
Indulge yourself to our Tasting Menu, a sensory journey of Mediterranean flavors. From our dining room, savor every moment overlooking the Cap Canaille and listening to the gentle lapping of the waves.
Open daily for lunch from 12pm to 1:30pm and for dinner from 7pm to 9:30pm. The Brunch of Les Roches Blanches every Sunday from 12:15PM to 2PM.
