Every morning by our Infinity pool, start your day with a yoga practice and let yourself be carried away by the vibrations of a sound bath. It’s the perfect moment to take care of yourself, pause, and reconnect with your inner balance.

The session will begin with breathing exercises to calm the mind and regulate the nervous system. We will then continue with sun salutations and accessible yoga postures for all levels. The session will end with a crystal bowl sound bath, whose gentle vibrations promote deep relaxation and energetic harmony.

A gentle and accessible Pilates matwork session held by the Infinity pool. This floor-based class combines breathing, stretching, mobility and muscle awakening exercises to start the day softly overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

The smooth and controlled movements help release tension, improve posture and strengthen the body deeply in a calming and revitalising atmosphere.

Les Roches Blanches has partnered with Casa Malia to offer Lagree sessions in an exceptional seaside setting.

In just 45 minutes, this innovative method strengthens the entire body through slow, precise and controlled movements. It enhances strength, endurance, balance and mobility while remaining gentle on the joints.

Suitable for all fitness levels, sessions take place on official Lagree machines.

Daily at 8:45 AM and 10:00 AM at La Pétanque.

Set against the dramatic backdrop of Cap Canaille and the shimmering sea, this guided outdoor art experience invites you to slow down, sip a chilled glass of rosé, and let your creativity flow.

Accompanied by our Chef Sommelier, set off on a journey to discover the must-see vineyards of Cassis, renowned for the elegance and freshness of their wines, particularly their iconic whites and rosés.

This immersive experience offers a sensory introduction through blind-tasting exercises, designed to identify and understand the richness of a wine’s aromas. The session is complemented by food and wine pairing recommendations, enhancing the pleasure of tasting while deepening your oenological knowledge.
