Signature experiences at Roches Blanches

Every morning by our Infinity pool, start your day with a yoga practice and let yourself be carried away by the vibrations of a sound bath. It’s the perfect moment to take care of yourself, pause, and reconnect with your inner balance.

The session will begin with breathing exercises to calm the mind and regulate the nervous system. We will then continue with sun salutations and accessible yoga postures for all levels. The session will end with a crystal bowl sound bath, whose gentle vibrations promote deep relaxation and energetic harmony.

Set against the dramatic backdrop of Cap Canaille and the shimmering sea, this guided outdoor art experience invites you to slow down, sip a chilled glass of rosé, and let your creativity flow.

What to Expect:

• All materials provided – Premium canvas (30×40 cm), textured paints, and tools included

Price: €90 per person, including the textured painting workshop and a glass of rosé wine.

A gentle yet dynamic pool session, designed by Les Roches Blanches sports coach to engage all muscle groups, improve joint mobility, and stimulate circulation, while enjoying the buoyant benefits of water.

This activity combines fluid movements, light strengthening exercises, and coordination work, suitable for all levels. Ideal for gently awakening the body, releasing tension, and starting the day with energy and lightness.

Every day at the Infinity Pool from 9:00 am to 9:45 am.
